Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
Our return and replacement policy applies only when an item is received damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered.
All returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, opened beauty products, cosmetics, skincare and personal care items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact the BeautyLooks customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label for verification.
Return Process
To request a return or replacement, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless the return is caused by an error from BeautyLooks or the product was received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Cash refunds are not provided. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or a discount coupon of the same value, which can be used for future online purchases.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligible products purchased through the BeautyLooks online store may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability and approval.
Products purchased during a sale, promotion or discount will be exchanged according to their current selling price.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products and undergarments cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Policy Changes
BeautyLooks reserves the right to update, amend or modify this Return, Replacement and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on our website.
